Penny is now eating treats and food out of her new KONG(a suggestion from our dog trainer to keep her occupied and thinking). I fill it with her dry food, a little peanut butter and maybe a few training treats. She LOVES it.
Kong purchased at Bernal Beast on Cortland Avenue. This is the Puppy Kong Activity Ball by the way.

Instead of giving her the treat on my way out I left her a chopped up duck treat and some kibbles and peanut butter in the kong--she stayed with the kong until I opened the front door, then came down. I bet she returned to the kong when I left.
Oh good! I hope we'll put a little meat on her too! But I know she'll get bored of this soon. We'll have to change it up with some cheese or something...I also picked up a marrow bone for her. I forgot. We should give her that at some point too.
